Health Information Management Certificate

The Certificate in Health Information Management is designed for students who have a bachelor’s degree in anything other than Health Information Management who wish to qualify for the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential exam administered by AHIMA.

Already Have an RHIT Credential?

For students with a Bachelor’s Degree and RHIT credential evaluation already completed at Charter Oak State College, certain courses in our Certificate in Health Information Management would already be satisfied by the RHIT credential (valid between July 2009 - July 2019).
